Time & Place in court to revive ‘Lindrum’ mark for Melbourne development
The company behind the redevelopment of Melbourne’s former Hotel Lindrum has told a judge that the terms of a hotel management agreement were sufficient to establish use of the ‘Lindrum’ trade mark.
