ARN can use Sandilands’ evidence to defend Jackie ‘O’ case
A judge has allowed broadcaster Australian Radio Network to use two affidavits filed in settled proceedings by shock jock Kyle Sandilands in defending co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson’s case, finding the affidavits were filed “voluntarily”.
