Axed Qantas staff to get $40M payout ASAP, as judge questions ‘barrister perfection’
A judge has ordered hundreds of former Qantas ground crew to immediately receive their $40 million share of a $90 million penalty against the airline for its unlawful sacking of the workers, after questioning delays in the administration scheme.
