Fresh off a win in its first race discrimination case, the Fair Work Ombudsman has issued a warning to employers that discriminate against workers on the basis of race: we will come after you.

The Fair Work Commission will have a chance to weigh whether delivery riders are protected under workplace laws when two riders take their unfair dismissal cases to the agency this week.
