Software company LiveTiles will pay $8.445 million to settle litigation brought by Microsoft solutions provider nSynergy’s founder Keith Redenbach against his brother, LiveTiles CEO Karl Redenbach, alleging he diverted tens of millions of dollars in nSynergy’s assets, including LiveTiles.

LiveTiles CEO’s company must pay brother’s legal bill

A judge has ordered legal tech entrepreneur Karl Redenbach’s company to foot the legal bill of his brother and nSynergy co-founder, Keith Redenbach, after a court gave the green light to a derivative suit alleging Karl diverted tens of millions of dollars in nSynergy’s assets, including software company LiveTiles.
