CMC dodges class action’s bid for Baker McKenzie invoices amid $8.6M security push
Online trading platform CMC Markets does not have to hand over less redacted solicitors’ invoices to support its bid for more security in a class action over “risky” derivatives, after the applicant argued it needed more evidence to argue CMC’s legal team was “top-heavy”.
