Judge refuses to stay Mayne Pharma’s damages case over scheme breach
US drug maker Cosette has lost its bid to stay proceedings alleging it induced the treasurer to reject its $672 million acquisition of Mayne Pharma, with a judge finding that any risks from an appeal in an overlapping case could be managed.
