Split hearings involving credit ‘untenable’ if High Court backs recusal ruling, judge says

A judge has said the common practice of splitting hearings on questions of liability and penalty or relief could become “completely untenable” when there are credit issues if the High Court upholds a judge’s recent recusal decision.
