NBL wins stay of clubs’ case over revenue share deal
The National Basketball League has succeeded in staying preliminary discovery proceedings by the Illawarra Hawks and Melbourne Phoenix basketball clubs, with a judge finding their licence agreement contained a broad dispute resolution clause.
