Test case on cards in dispute between Iplex, BGC over pipes
A class acton against Fletcher Building’s Iplex over thousands of allegedly burst pipes in homes around Australia is gearing up for a mammoth 12-week trial, with a separate claim by BGC, which installed the pipes, to proceed by way of a test case.
