Woolworths wins appeal of FWC’s extension in unfair dismissal case

A full bench of the Fair Work Commission on Wednesday overturned a decision extending the time allowed for a Woolworths’ employee to lodge an unfair dismissal case by 164 days, saying the commissioner was wrong to find acceptable three unacceptable reasons for such a delay.
